Gary Moore super fans thanks so much for your help with the fundraising so far, we are getting very close to commencing stage 1 construction! (There will be 5 stages in all) So far you have helped us to raise nearly €7,000. Thanks also to all who bought tickets for the fundraising concerts knowing they wouldn’t be able to attend but wanted to support the statue anyway. After just 1 more fundraising concert we will have enough raised to begin stage 1 of the construction of Gary’s Belfast statue! (There will be 5 constructions stages in total)
In preparation for this we are now contacting the council to have the location for Gary’s statue approved and ready for our sculpture artist to commence once we have raised the funds for stage 1. We will keep you updated on the progress.
